Bonus Poker - Free Video Poker Games
Bonus Poker Instructions
Bonus Poker is almost the exact same as Jacks or Better. The minimum winning hand is still a pair of Jacks or Higher. The only difference with this game comes with a few slight changes to the payout chart.
You will receive a bonus when you get certain Four of a Kind combinations. 4 Aces will payout 80 to 1 on your wager. 4 of a Kind in 2's, 3's or 4's will payout 40 to 1, while all other 4 of a Kind combinations will pay you 25x your wager.
In video poker, if you receive a bonus somewhere, you will receive a smaller payout on at least one winning hand. In this case, the Full House is lowered from 9x to 8x and the Flush is lowered from 6x to 5x.
What this means is that you should always keep any pair and discard the other three when the situation is correct. You hold a small pair over one or two high cards. You hold a small pair over 3 cards to a straight or flush draw. If you receive two pairs, you will want to keep both because you are at least guaranteed to win 2x.
As with most of these games, there is a double your money side game after you have won. You can play it as many times in a row as you want. However, I would only suggest playing this game one time and only if you have won even money by getting a high pair.
The first card will be flipped over. You will have to pick a higher ranked card than is currently showing. The lowest card is a 2 and the highest card is an ace. You are not guaranteed a winning card in this game. If the dealer shows an Ace, the only way you can win is by finding another Ace.
