The advantage that you receive when you play 10's or better is that your winning hand will begin with the pair of 10's. This is the only advantage. That means that the only change from the basic video poker strategy is that you should hold onto a single 10 and discard the other four cards when the situation arises.
For receiveing this advantage, the payouts will be lower for a couple of the hands. The Full House is reduced from 9x payout to a 6x payout. The Flush is lowered from a 6x payout to a 5x payout.
Playing the game is simple. Click "Bet Max" to be eligible for the Royal Flush bonus. You can also click the "Bet One" button and press "Deal" to select less than 5 coins.
