Card Counter Trainer - Free Blackjack Games
How to Play the Card Counting Game
First, click the Play Game button. Then click the Play! button to start the trainer up. You will be given a choice to play on Easy, Medium or Pro. If this is your first time playing, you should select Easy, because it gives you more time to think and do calculations.
Low Cards (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) are counted as +1. High Cards (10, Jack, Queen, King, Ace) are counted as -1. The 7, 8 and 9 are considered neutrals and should be ignored.
The basic idea behind counting cards is being able to predict when the dealer is going to bust. The more high cards that are left in the deck, the higher the probability that the dealer will bust. This is because the dealer is likely to bust when they have a two card total around 14 to 16.
Therefore, it is a good thing when you are going into the positive (+) on the count. The Low Cards will help save a dealer when he is drawing cards. The 6 card will rarely bust the dealer (except for hard 16).
This card game will not let you take advantage of this by playing out a hand. You will simply be keeping count of the +/- total of the cards. If you find that you are doing well, you may want to bump up the speed.
If you are thinking about counting cards for real, you should test your system on the practice play at an online casino to see if it even works out. If you are going to try this at the tables, you better be able to complete the Pro test easily. You can't be thinking or looking like you are making calculations when you are at a casino.
